Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with technical and business requirements.

Requirements
- Proven experience managing AI or software development projects.
- Strong understanding of conversational AI, NLP, and contact center technologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Fluency in English; Spanish is a strong advantage.
