About the role

Responsibilities
- Ser el punto de contacto principal con el cliente: gobierno del backlog, priorización y expectativas.
- Apoyar al CMO en la preparación y presentación de reportes ejecutivos y business reviews (ventas, marketing, funnels, cohortes, revenue).
- Extraer y estructurar datos desde HubSpot (listas, reports, dashboards) para generar narrativas claras y accionables.
- Planificar y coordinar el delivery con equipos internos/externos (marketing, ventas, data, tecnología) asegurando tiempos y calidad.
- Velar por la adopción y buen uso de HubSpot a nivel funcional (CRM hygiene, propiedades, pipelines, lead management, automatizaciones básicas).
- Identificar quick wins y mejoras de proceso que impacten en conversión, productividad comercial y visibilidad ejecutiva.
- Asegurar documentación y governance (procesos, playbooks, reporting pack).
Requirements
- ≥ 3 años de experiencia en Project Management en entornos de marketing digital / consultoría Martech / CRM.
- Conocimiento funcional de HubSpot (Sales/Marketing/Service): reporting, dashboards, properties, pipelines, workflows básicos.
- Experiencia liderando relación con cliente, con capacidad para influir, priorizar y alinear stakeholders.
- Dominio de reporting ejecutivo: capacidad para convertir datos en historias de negocio y recomendaciones.
- Sólida organización y gestión del tiempo; foco en entregables y cumplimiento de plazos.
- Conocimiento funcional de GA4 y GTM (valorable).
