About the role
- Project Manager coordinating web projects through all phases with a focus on client communication and resource planning. Seeking an organized individual with IT project management experience in Switzerland.
Responsibilities
- Managing and coordinating web projects across all phases (initial discovery, requirements gathering, planning, monitoring/controlling, implementation, closure)
- Communicating with and advising clients; handling client inquiries by email and phone
- Acting as the interface between design, development and the client
- Creating project roadmaps in coordination with clients
- Resource planning for project teams
- Assisting with cost estimates and preparing proposals/quotes
Requirements
- A relevant and appropriate education or degree (e.g., IT education with business administration further training, business administration background with IT experience, or similar)
- Experience leading IT-related projects
- Reliability is one of your strengths
- Experience preparing proposals/quotes and managing (potential) clients is an advantage
- Knowledge of various agile methods (Kanban, Scrum, Design Thinking)
- Entrepreneurial thinking and self-initiative
- Positive mindset with a good sense of humor
- Team player who enjoys working with people (yes, even in the mornings)
- Used to working independently and organizing yourself
