About the role

• IT Project Manager delivering demanding AI solutions in Singapore, leading projects from scoping to rollout. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet customer expectations and business goals.

Responsibilities

• You’ll lead customer projects from scoping to rollout, delivering outcomes on time, on budget, and in scope — while setting clear client expectations, defining success criteria, managing risks, and allocating resources effectively.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, and assist in preparing compelling project proposals.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects using agile methodologies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client expectations.
• Engage and communicate effectively with internal teams, external clients, and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle and beyond.
• Monitor and manage project scope, proactively addressing risks and changes to ensure successful and controlled delivery.
• Lead and coordinate internal and partner resources to ensure the right skills are allocated at the right time for optimal project execution.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing project management role within a software or IT deployment environment.
• Project Management certifications such as PMP, PgMP, CAPM, or Scrum Master certification are a strong plus.
• Proven experience working with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and Engineering.
• Industry experience in Banking, Finance, or Pharma is highly desirable.
• Excellent stakeholder and resource management skills with strong interpersonal capabilities.
• Exceptional communication skills, with professional fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Demonstrated technical aptitude or strong interest in emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Large Language Models (LLMs), Knowledge Graphs, and Search Analytics/Data Science.
• A degree in Computer Science or a related technical field is a bonus.
