Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for the development team.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, QA, and business stakeholders).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project management and business analysis.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent skills in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Trello, or other project management tools.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Nice to Have: Certification in PMP, Scrum Master, or Business Analysis (CBAP/CCBA).
  • Experience working in IT/software development projects.
