Project Leader in HVAC with a focus on major projects across building technology. Overseeing project coordination and client communications in Germany.

Responsibilities

In this position you will act as a Project Manager for building services (TGA) with a focus on heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitary systems (HLSK) within our STF Energy business unit, and you will lead various large-scale building services projects.
The projects include public buildings such as Deutsche Bahn train stations, schools/daycare centers, residential buildings, office buildings, supermarkets and hotels.
We support our clients in all project phases of technical building services planning (TGA).
With your expertise and ideas you will take responsibility for overall project coordination, implement client requirements and manage the project team to ensure smooth processes and on-time completion.
You are the main contact for all project-related questions and conduct meetings with clients and other project stakeholders.
You will actively participate in project meetings and present project status updates.
You ensure compliance with budgets and schedules, handle project controlling and keep a clear focus on all quality assurance measures.

You should already have professional experience in a similar role with a focus on building services (TGA).
Ideally you have experience across the various trades (heating, ventilation, sanitary, air conditioning) or you have specialized in one of them.
Additionally, you should bring a solid foundation in the following areas:
A degree in an engineering discipline — ideally with a focus on building services, energy supply technology or a related field — OR you are a state-certified technician or master craftsman in one of the trades: heating, ventilation, sanitary or air conditioning (HLSK).
Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in project management / project leadership / project coordination.
You are characterized by respectful interaction and strong communication skills, both within the team and with clients and other project participants.
You are proficient with common MS Office applications and open to learning new tools.
To ensure optimal communication among all parties, you need very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
