About the role

  • Support the implementation of project governance frameworks, tools, and standards.
  • Track and report on project progress, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
  • Prepare dashboards, status reports, and executive summaries for internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in project planning and schedule management using tools like MS Project, Primavera, or Excel.
  • Maintain detailed project plans, resource calendars, and activity trackers.
  • Support change management and schedule impact analysis.
  • Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and actual expenditures.
  • Identify cost variances and support corrective actions in coordination with the finance team.
  • Maintain financial trackers and support periodic budget reviews.
  • Maintain project risk and issue logs.
  • Track mitigation plans and follow up with owners for resolution.
  • Support risk analysis and scenario planning.
  • Maintain centralized project documentation including charters, plans, SoWs, and governance artefacts.
  • Ensure adherence to PMO standards, policies, and audit requirements.
  • Assist in process improvement initiatives within the PMO function.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, IT, or related field.
  • 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in project controls, PMO, or project coordination roles.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Azure DevOps and MS Planner.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a deadline-driven environment.
