Responsibilities
- Provides advanced cost engineering and analytical support across all project phases, including planning, execution, and closeout.
- Develops and maintains cost control systems, data models, reports, and dashboards to ensure accurate and consistent analytics across multiple projects and portfolios.
- Oversees schedule integration, ensures alignment between cost and schedule data, and collaborates with project managers, financial analysts, and leadership teams.
- Identifies trends, tracks key performance indicators (KPIs), and uncovers cost-saving opportunities.
- Executes moderately complex tasks and communicates effectively across cross-functional project teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project controls, cost engineering, or scheduling.
- Develop and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards required.
- Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights for project performance.
- Maintain data integrity and quality across multiple data sources and systems.
- Experience with Primavera P6 scheduling software.
- Proficiency with cost management software and advanced Excel skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Professional certifications such as PMP or PE are preferred.
- An equivalent combination of education, experience, and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities will be considered instead of stated minimum qualifications.
