About the role
- Track project costs and budgets; monitor variances and communicate impacts of changes
- Manage billing: review drafts for contract compliance, process finals, submit in client formats, and follow up on receivables
- Produce project performance reports; set up new projects & change orders; support close-out
- Support expense report compliance and coordinate with the Controller and Business Services Group
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years accounting (project-based construction/engineering preferred)
- Strong GAAP and job-cost accounting knowledge
- Proficiency with project accounting software (Deltek preferred) and Microsoft Office
- Detail orientation and problem-solving
- Collaborative style—comfortable working across disciplines and with clients
