About the role
- Program Manager overseeing complex IT projects. Responsible for delivery activities and stakeholder relationships within DaVita's Program Management team.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing and taking ownership of all aspects of the program
- Coaching project managers supporting the program within a matrixed organization
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders
- Representing program in status and governance reviews with IT and business sponsors
- Acting as key contact for program stakeholders
- Building strong relationships with key business and IT leaders
- Liaising with key stakeholders to understand program demand and working with PMO leadership to create appropriate resource plans
- Driving all PMO processes and standards within the program
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 8+ years of project and program management experience (preferred)
- Experience using Microsoft suite of tools including MS Project
- Experience using PPM (Project and Portfolio Management) tool
- Experience leading cross-functional, matrixed project teams
- Ability to build strong relationships across multiple lines of business
- Project Management Professional Accreditation
