About the role

  • Develops and implements comprehensive program strategies aligned with organizational objectives and develops supporting collateral for these initiatives.
  • Oversees multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Leads and motivates cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and driving results.
  • Manages program budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
  • Identifies and mitigates program risks and issues proactively.
  • Provides regular status updates and reports to senior leadership.
  • Develops and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Implements best practices in program and project management and drive continuous improvement.
  • Mentors and develops project managers.
  • Provides guidance and support to project teams on process improvements and best practices.
  • Ensures that programs are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Ensures effective communication and collaboration across the organization, including with other program managers and senior leadership.
  • Adheres to all certified processes as part of our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and information security.

Requirements

  • Must hold a Project or Program Management certification (i.e., Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or other equivalent/recognized Project or Program Management certification)
  • Must have 5 years of experience in program management.
  • BS or BA four (4) additional years of related experience.
  • Must have 10 years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields.
  • Must have experience with the Information Technology Acquisition process and its milestones.
  • Must have experience in analyzing a variety of source documentation and supporting the creation of acquisition documentation.
