About the role
- Senior management position overseeing implementation activities for Florida’s Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System. Leading training and change management efforts with a focus on state-wide engagement.
Responsibilities
- Lead implementation activities for the Florida Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System (CCWIS)
- Oversee and lead training and organizational change management activities
- Work closely with OCFW and other programmatic leads
- Manage a team of CCWIS programmatic subject matter experts, product owners, training leads
- Coordinate oversight of OCM activities
- Require travel throughout the state for engagement with regional based field teams
Requirements
- Requires knowledge of Florida’s child welfare system
- Community Based Care model
- Child welfare business practices
- General knowledge of training oversight, development, and delivery
- 5+ years’ experience in child welfare
- At least 2 years’ experience in a management role
- Software Proficiency: Microsoft Office applications, Florida Safe Families Network (FSFN), Azure DevOps, FLCCWIS (preference), training platforms
