Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure timely and successful completion of projects
Act as the primary point of contact for program stakeholders, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and facilitating communication among all parties involved
Track and report on program performance, using key metrics and KPIs to measure success
Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall program performance
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure programs stay on track and meet deadlines
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of project managers and support staff
Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring all initiatives are delivered within financial constraints
Ensure all programs comply with relevant regulations and standards
Requirements
B.E. or B.Tech. degree in Computer Science or other equivalent stream
Excellent articulation and communication skill set
8+ years of experience in Operations domain (Digital Marketing)
Willing to work in rotational shifts, including EST hours
