- Manage escalations swiftly with senior client leaders and develop issue resolutions.
- Coordinate quarterly roadmap reviews with senior client stakeholders.
- Negotiate with senior management to gain win/win resolutions.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of senior program direction/management experience.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience working in a technology-oriented company or functional role.
- Bachelor’s degree.
