About the role

  • Global Benefits Program Manager responsible for benefits programs in U.S., EMEA, and APAC. Managing delivery, compliance, and employee experience enhancement while collaborating with various teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of benefits programs across the U.S., EMEA, and APAC.
  • Partner with global brokers, external vendors, and internal teams for seamless execution.
  • Shape employee experience by ensuring offerings remain competitive and compliant.
  • Manage migration to Workday for benefits configuration and carrier integrations.
  • Create comprehensive playbooks for People Experience teams.
  • Assist with the launch of an AI-powered benefits application for employee support.

Requirements

  • Expertise in managing global benefits programs across U.S., EMEA, and APAC markets.
  • Strong HRIS proficiency, specifically with Workday benefits configuration and integrations.
  • Proven ability to manage renewals and vendor relationships.
  • Effective communication skills for stakeholder partnerships.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong sense of ownership regarding compliance and regulatory requirements.
