Requirements

  • 6-10 years of work experience
  • Strong grounding in Talent Management frameworks
  • Demonstrated project management capability
  • Hands-on experience using project planning tools
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Experience partnering with external vendors
  • Strong content design and program development skills
  • Exposure to best-in-class HRIS and learning systems
  • High level of initiative and creativity
  • Strong organizational skills
