About the role
- Product Owner coordinating important AI project in Europe for Relyon AG. Leading a team and managing product development with a strong emphasis on compliance and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning, leading and prioritizing the entire OneAI program
- Create and maintain the product backlog (OneHub, OneLLM, Onecore, etc.)
- Close collaboration with Architecture, AI Engineering, DevOps, Frontend and QA
- Translate customer and market requirements into implementable epics and user stories
- Sprint planning, reviews, stakeholder communication, and roadmap management
- Monitor milestones and target achievement (from data isolation to Agent Builder)
- Manage the MVP through to Go‑Live on January 1, 2026
- Risk management, project controlling and resource allocation
- Represent the AI platform strategy to executive management and partners (Lenovo, NVIDIA, Relyon)
Requirements
- Several years of experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager in tech or SaaS projects
- Technical understanding of AI technologies: LLM inference, pgvector, embeddings, RAG
- Knowledge of multi-tenant system architectures, tenant isolation and container stacks
- Proficient in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Jira), stakeholder management and story slicing
- Experience with governance topics (SSO, GDPR, EU AI Act, audits, role models)
- Strong communicator, analytical, decisive — with a drive for excellence
