About the role

• Product Owner responsible for digital solutions in the retail sector at SFEIR. Leading product vision and collaboration with tech and design teams.

Responsibilities

• As a Product Owner, you will work in a client context within the retail sector to lead the design and evolution of high business‑impact digital solutions;
• You will be the custodian of the product vision and the value delivered at each iteration;
• Gather, analyze and prioritize the needs of users and stakeholders;
• Define and maintain the product backlog in line with business strategy;
• Write user stories and support teams in their functional understanding;
• Actively participate in agile ceremonies;
• Collaborate closely with tech, design, and business teams to ensure smooth delivery;
• Monitor product KPIs and communicate product progress.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, ideally in a retail or e‑commerce environment;
• Strong command of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
• Strong user orientation and service mindset;
• Analytical mindset, excellent communication, and natural leadership;
