About the role

Responsibilities
- • Define and own the product roadmap, aligning it with company goals and priorities.
- • Gather and analyze business requirements, transforming them into clear, actionable user stories with defined acceptance criteria.
- • Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, technical complexity, and customer impact.
- • Facilitate communication and alignment across tech, product, and business stakeholders.
- • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure timely, high-quality product delivery.
- • Perform acceptance testing and validation of new features before release.
- • Monitor and analyze product performance using tools such as Power BI or similar; iterate based on data and user feedback.
- • Contribute to post-launch processes, including documentation, knowledge sharing, and product training.
Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product execution role.
- • Domain knowledge in fintech, payments, or consumer platforms
- • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- • Demonstrated ability to manage product delivery in cross-functional, remote teams.
- • Strong knowledge of product discovery, backlog management, and stakeholder alignment.
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- • Professional fluency in English (spoken and written) is required, as daily collaboration with international teams is essential.
- • Knowledge of Spanish is a plus
- • Experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Power BI, and Monday.com.
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management capabilities.
