Responsibilities
Leadership of digital product management efforts for our e-commerce platforms and digital self-service experiences.
Define and execute a product vision and roadmap that aligns with our digital growth strategy.
Operational responsibility for managing, optimizing, and scaling our digital e-commerce infrastructure.
Drive improvements in UX, content architecture, performance, and functionality to increase traffic, lead quality, and online conversion rates.
Design and enhance customer journeys across the entire digital funnel, from first touch to transaction.
Analyze customer behavior, conversion performance, and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX/UI, developers, SEO, analytics, etc.) and external agencies to deliver high-impact initiatives.
Work closely with stakeholders from marketing, sales, finance, legal, and operations to align priorities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, computer science, marketing, digital media, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in digital product management or product ownership within e-commerce.
Proven track record of managing and scaling digital products or e-commerce platforms.
Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, with a hands-on approach and strong commercial acumen.
Experience leading agile projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Strong knowledge of UX, conversion optimization, SEO, and digital performance metrics.
Security-conscious approach to digital analytics and using data to inform decisions.
Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines.
Customer-focused mindset and the ability to translate user needs into scalable product features.
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
