About the role

Responsibilities
- Join the Customer-Aligned Team (CAT) model to build BaaS solutions.
- Co-create use cases with clients and Sales based on business needs.
- Lead solution design from idea to live delivery.
- Participate in pre-sales activities to scope feasibility.
- Manage delivery execution and remove blockers.
- Collaborate with various departments (legal, compliance, finance, engineering).
- Monitor outcomes and contribute to building playbooks for scaling solutions.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in product roles (fintech, SaaS, BaaS, or payments).
- Understanding of BaaS value chain: accounts, payments, compliance, cards, client onboarding.
- Experience working directly with clients.
- Strong results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work well across functions: Sales, Compliance, Engineering, and Finance.
- Pragmatic, independent approach to problem solving.
- Entrepreneurial mindset focused on value, cost, and impact.
