About the role

  • Define and enhance internal tools, identifying and prioritising improvements and new features for internal systems
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements for the development team
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle, providing guidance and support
  • Track key metrics, identify areas for improvement, and continuously enhance the performance and reliability of internal systems
  • Ensure that the product backlog is transparent, visible, and understood, and communicate it clearly and effectively
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Lead agile product development procedures, such as product releases, backlog grooming, and sprint planning
  • Translate product requirements into user stories with acceptance criteria
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product features
  • Monitor key metrics and stakeholder feedback to improve and optimise product performance using data-driven decision-making
  • Work with cross-functional teams to manage live issues and instruct on resolution prioritisation

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, Business Analysis, or a similar role in a platform or operator capacity within iGaming industry
  • Experience leading a Product Management function in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary, agile, and/or digital environment
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear epics, stories, and tasks
  • Highly organized, methodical, and diligent in approach
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A problem solver, multitasker, and initiator
  • Strong networking and influencing skills
  • Deep care for creating great products and user experiences
  • A hands-on character with a strategic mindset
  • Capable of performing competitor analysis and staying updated with industry trends
  • Able to handle error investigations and escalations to third parties
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner or similar product-focused certification (advantageous)
  • Experience working with remote teams across multiple time zones (advantageous)
