About the role
- Identify market gaps and generate new product opportunities based on trend and competitor analysis
- Translate clinical research and ingredient studies into product strategy and roadmaps
- Run customer interviews, analyze support tickets and community feedback to inform product decisions
- Align Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Product teams to execute launch plans
- Manage vendor relationships, formulation kick-offs, quoting, and negotiations
- Drive product formulations through production and remove project bottlenecks
- Architect actionable product roadmaps and perform GTM gap analyses
- Track and connect metrics (conversion funnels, LTV) to business decisions and product improvements
- Lead end-to-end product launches, coordinating cross-functional deliverables and timelines
Requirements
- 2–5 years of full-time Product Management experience
- Degree in business, marketing, or science-related field
- Ability to read, interpret, and translate clinical studies into product strategy
- Experience spotting market trends and performing competitor analysis
- Experience conducting customer interviews and mining support tickets/community feedback
- Proven cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Ops, Marketing, and Product
- Vendor management experience (vendor calls, formulation sessions, quoting negotiations)
- Experience creating and executing product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
- Strong quantitative skills: conversion funnels, LTV, metrics-driven decision making
- Demonstrated ability to launch products on time and manage project bottlenecks
- Humble, hungry to learn, and people-smart (team oriented)
