Lead the strategy, roadmap and execution of digital solutions that leverage artificial intelligence and conversational experiences to drive direct impact on business objectives.
Conduct continuous discovery with stakeholders across teams to understand customer and business needs, map friction points and identify opportunities for AI and automation.
Build and communicate a clear product vision aligned with the company strategy. Define and prioritize the roadmap based on hypotheses, data and impact, exploring AI potential across different journeys.
Partner with engineering, design and data science to turn ideas into digital solutions, rapidly test approaches and continuously optimize based on data and user feedback.
Serve as an internal reference on how to use AI and conversational experiences to solve business problems. Ensure consistency of language, tone of voice and strategic objectives across products and channels.
Define and track success metrics, evaluate business impact and ensure developed solutions are directly linked to strategic KPIs.
Requirements
Strong experience as a Product Manager with a proven record of delivering user-facing digital products.
Experience in projects involving automation, AI, conversational channels (e.g., WhatsApp, mobile apps, chatbots) or digital platforms.
Analytical ability to prioritize based on data, hypotheses and testing.
Ability to handle ambiguity, turn open-ended problems into concrete opportunities and propose scalable solutions.
Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to articulate and advocate product vision to diverse stakeholders.
Availability to work in a hybrid model in Florianópolis, SC.
