About the role

  • Develop and communicate a compelling product strategy for the Salary Packaging team within the Consumer Financial Products segment
  • Operate at both strategic and hands-on levels while leading product development
  • Manage the product lifecycle from concept through delivery and launch, ensuring high standards
  • Collaborate across the organisation to distribute consumer financial products through the employer network
  • Bring new product ideas to life and iterate using data-driven feedback
  • Engage with technical teams and address technical problems as needed
  • Use analytics to measure product success and inform decisions
  • Work in a dynamic, agile environment and manage competing priorities

Requirements

  • Leadership skills: strategic yet hands-on leader who excels managing the product lifecycle from conceptualisation to launch and beyond in a dynamic, agile setting
  • Technical competence: Strong technical acumen and the ability to engage with technical problems
  • Analytical mindset: Skilled in data-driven decision-making, with a focus on leveraging analytics to inform product success
  • Process-oriented: Highly organised, adept at managing competing priorities with a structured, methodical approach
  • Communication skills: Ability to set and communicate a clear, inspiring product strategy for Salary Packaging aligned with Flare & MYOB goals
  • Passion for improving financial products for consumers
