Product Manager driving strategy and delivery of customer notifications for financial services. Collaborating with multiple teams to maximize engagement and compliance with customer communications.
Responsibilities
Collaborate on the vision and roadmap for notifications across push, SMS, email, and in-app.
Drive execution of notification strategy end-to-end.
Define principles for notification timing, targeting, personalization, and frequency control.
Partner with Content Network, Loyalty, and Affiliate teams to align notifications within the broader engagement ecosystem.
Work with engineering, data, and Martech to deliver enabling infrastructure (orchestration, segmentation, experimentation, consent management).
Lead alignment across stakeholders on use cases, prioritization, and success metrics.
Continuously measure impact and iterate to maximize engagement and conversion through notifications.
Requirements
4+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in engagement, CRM, or Martech platforms.
Deep understanding of multi-channel notification systems and customer messaging frameworks.
Experience with personalization, experimentation, and consent management.
Strong data-driven mindset; skilled in interpreting engagement metrics and running experiments.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
Experience working in Agile environments (Jira proficiency preferred).
