Responsibilities
Ensure solutions are AI-ready so that agents can interact seamlessly with data and models.
Telemetry capacity forecasting and anomaly detection to anticipate system load, detect irregularities, and prevent failures.
Historical threshold analysis for metrics, logs, and traces to establish baselines and identify deviations over time.
Dynamic, high-performance visualizations capable of displaying and exploring large volumes of telemetry data.
Self-service analytics workbench empowering internal teams and customers to run anomaly detection and statistical models independently.
Automated incident contextualization to correlate telemetry anomalies with logs, traces, and historical incidents for faster root-cause analysis.
Data retention and lifecycle optimization with analytics-driven policies that balance storage costs against long-term insight value.
Requirements
5+ years of product management experience in observability or IT operations for financial services.
Deep understanding of banking IT architectures, including trading systems, core banking, risk management, and fraud detection.
Experience working with monitoring, predictive analytics, or automation tools.
Hands-on experience with telemetry data (logs, metrics, traces) and IT infrastructure monitoring (e.g., OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, ELK, Splunk, ITRS Geneos, Datadog, Dynatrace, etc.).
Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, MLflow) and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, ServiceNow ITSM).
Technical background or strong understanding of software engineering, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps.** **
