About the role
- Lead development of AI-powered ITSM, AI Ops, and Analytics solutions
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and UX teams to define product requirements and shape roadmaps
- Drive product execution from idea to production and act as CEO for product area
- Write product specifications for engineering and data science teams
- Collect feedback from customers and prospects to create a unified product backlog
- Analyze IT Operations, Cloud Operations, Service Operations market to clarify competitive position
- Establish shared vision across the company and build consensus on priorities
- Deliver product roadmaps and enable Customer Success in go-lives and continuous improvement
- Work with Marketing on GTM product assets and support Sales & Pre-sales in sales cycles
Requirements
- 3+ years of Product Management experience
- Proven track record in developing and launching ITSM, AI Ops, and AI-driven enterprise products
- Experience with AI Ops, monitoring or observability products
- Experience driving product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions
- Experience creating strategic product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Pre-Sales and Marketing
- US. Citizenship is required
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer science required (MBA preferred)
- Startup experience (preferred)
- Experience in Analytics/visualization tools is a plus (preferred)
- Enterprise SaaS PM experience (preferred)
- Domain expertise in IT, HR or Customer Support (preferred)
