Requirements
Successfully completed bachelor’s or master’s degree preferably in engineering, computer sciences / digital area and/or business administration
Digital experience and product portfolio knowledge
More than 6+ years’ experience in Med Tech, technology/software as a product industry and functionally in digital, R&D, marketing, product management (or similar area)
Relevant knowledge and experience of 4+ years in at least one of the following functional areas: EHR/HIS systems, interoperability, clinic processes, artificial intelligence (AI), edge computing
Proven track record of 2+ years in setting up and leading global initiatives with global teams in a complex matrix organization
Proven track record in cross-functional collaboration with R&D counterparts, sales, marketing, quality, regulatory, product management, and customers
Deep knowledge and experience in product management and application of methods and tools
Team player with strong communication skills
Entrepreneurial/business, customer first, global mindset and willingness for occasional business trips
Fluent in English, in written and spoken, knowledge of German would be a plus.
