About the role
- Product Manager driving digital transformation in APAC distribution at ResMed. Leading Oracle Fusion ERP programs and collaborating with global teams for successful implementation.
Responsibilities
- Act as APAC product lead for Oracle Fusion ERP and related distribution programs.
- Ensure regulatory, trade, and documentation needs across APAC are embedded in solution design.
- Translate global platforms into practical, compliant, and scalable regional solutions.
- Partner with regional leaders to manage expectations and drive adoption.
- Run workshops to capture As-Is and To-Be processes in distribution, logistics, and order fulfillment.
- Map workflows and requirements in Miro, Visio, or similar tools.
- Document business cases, use cases, and requirements with clear traceability to testing.
- Use SQL, Excel, or reporting tools to run impact analysis and validate scenarios.
- Coordinate UAT, manage testers, validate results, and secure sign-offs.
- Collaborate with global teams to prioritize defects and refine solutions.
- Represent APAC in global program reviews, design sessions, and validation meetings.
- Work closely with IT, GTS, and operations teams to align business and technology.
- Provide change management support and ensure clear communications across markets.
- Manage and develop a Business Analyst to support documentation, testing, and communications.
- Introduce structure and best practices for requirement gathering and analysis.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, structured thinking, and process excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or related field.
- 5+ years in Product Management, Digital Transformation, or Business Process Optimization.
- Strong understanding of Distribution, Fulfillment, Logistics, or Trade operations.
- Familiarity with APAC regulatory and operational nuances.
- Experience leading process workshops and documenting requirements.
- Strong data skills (SQL, Excel, Tableau or similar).
- Proficiency in workflow design tools (Visio, Miro, etc.).
- Hands-on involvement in UAT and process validation within regulated industries.
- Excellent communication skills across diverse cultures and stakeholder groups.
- Experience managing Business Analysts or similar roles (preferred).
- Prior work on ERP transformations (Oracle Fusion or Oracle EBS strongly preferred).
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Objective, or Smartsheet (preferred).
- Background in regulated industries (MedTech, Healthcare, Pharma) (preferred).
- Lean/Six Sigma skills and/or Product Management certification (preferred).
