Become a domain expert in customers, eCommerce, deliverability, compliance, and event-based products;
Co-lead discovery and support delivery phases, including framing problems, researching them, and presenting insights;
Combine knowledge from product metrics, user research, and other product insights into meaningful product decisions and experiments;
Ensure effortless channel setup for merchants (email, SMS, push) with complexity handled behind the scenes;
Maximise reach by helping customers achieve high deliverability out of the box (sending limits, domain warm-up, inbox reputation);
Implement invisible compliance by automatically guiding merchants to meet channel-specific and market-specific regulations;
Protect platform reputation by proactively defending Omnisend’s infrastructure and customers from abuse to ensure long-term deliverability and trust at scale.
Requirements
Proven experience (3+ years) of product management at user-focused tech with examples of shipped products;
Data-driven, self-sufficient in product analytics (Mixpanel, Kissmetrics, Looker, Chartio, or other);
Customer centricity;
User research and user testing skills;
Ability to present and articulate product decisions and rationale to peers and stakeholders;
Ability to view the bigger picture and how certain decisions impact the future;
Well-organized with a collaborative attitude and strong sense of ownership;
Experience in working in multidisciplinary product teams;
Experience in goal setting (short-term and long-term goal planning for the team);
Knowledge and experience working with e-commerce platforms like Shopify or Woocommerce (a big plus);
Background in deliverability, compliance, event-based products, data management platforms or similar (helpful).
