Product Manager Lead responsible for Non Powered tools at Total Tools. Shaping the Private Label strategy and managing the product lifecycle for competitive offerings.
About the role
- Be the strategic owner of the product category and define the strategy.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback through Voice of the customer initiatives.
- Create and maintain a product road map.
- Analyze financial data and make recommendations.
- Collaborate with finance, sales and operations for accurate revenue forecasts.
- Drive continuous improvement and identify areas in need of improvement.
- Build strong liaison with Engineering, R&D, Sales, Business Development and Marketing.
- Develop Product Strategy and New Product Development (NPD).
- Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends and competitor strategies.
- Serve as a liaison between different departments to align product goals and strategies.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field with at least 5 years’ experience.
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated experience working in fast paced environment and in a matrix organization.
- Ability to resolve difficult technical and business issues.
- Self-starter with high motivation to achieve goals.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Proficiency in product management tools and software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to influence cross functional teams.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in developing and executing new product development (NPD) and implementing product strategies.
- Knowledge of market research and competitive analysis techniques.
