Product Install Engineer ensuring the deployment of advanced semiconductor technology. Working with multicultural teams in various locations across Europe.
Responsibilities
Conduct pre-installation meetings to understand and document customer-specific requirements
Develop action plans to meet unique customer needs and validate deliverables
Perform full system installations to meet KLA specifications, including physical install and connection, precision alignment and calibration, wafer handler robot setup and teaching, and system-level calibrations and performance testing
Troubleshoot complex system issues using data analysis, abstract thinking, and structured problem-solving methodologies
Lead post-installation meetings to verify tool performance and ensure customer satisfaction
Deliver training on new product installations to global customer support teams
Requirements
Technical degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering, or equivalent experience
2–3 years of experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus
Familiarity with pneumatics, mechanics, electronics, radio frequency technology, metrology, and laser technologies is desirable
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills across software, electronic, optical, and mechanical systems
Proficiency in computer systems and operating environments (e.g., MS Windows)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
Willingness and availability to travel within Europe and occasionally internationally, up to 80%
