About the role

• Product Designer at Evertec, designing user-centric digital products in financial technology. Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance user experience and drive innovation in design.

Responsibilities

• The Product Design area acts as a bridge between business, technology and user experience, ensuring Evertec's products and services deliver real value to customers and end users. We are looking for a Product Designer to act strategically in the design and evolution of Evertec Brazil's digital products. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team that connects business, technology and user experience, working from discovery through to the delivery of solutions with real impact.
• Discovery
• Learn before you build.
• Connect real user problems to business objectives.
• Apply Service Design and Design Thinking practices to explore complex problems and propose user-centered solutions that consider multiple touchpoints.
• Map stakeholders and prioritize journeys.
• Align research hypotheses and objectives with POs and PMs.
• Conduct interviews, rapid tests and user research.
• Perform benchmarking and identify opportunities and gaps.
• Update personas and learning repositories (AI + Confluence + Figma).
• Communicate insights visually and concisely (insight cards, opportunity wall).
• Design and Experimentation
• Deliver value, not screens.
• Turn hypotheses into testable, scalable solutions.
• Create interactive medium- and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Validate hypotheses through usability testing and continuous feedback.
• Use our Design System to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Co-create solutions with POs, PMs and clients, aligning design and business from the start.
• Experience and Collaboration
• Create impact as part of a team.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, ensuring technical feasibility.
• Participate in agile rituals.
• Contribute to design culture by promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
• Propose new approaches and tools that raise the organization's design maturity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree;
• Experience in UX Research, UX Design and UI Design.
• Proficiency with tools such as Figma, FigJam and Miro.
• Knowledge of usability, accessibility and information architecture.
• Experience with prototyping and usability testing.
• Previous experience working in agile, collaborative teams.
• Familiarity with Design Systems (preferably Figma Tokens and scalable libraries)
• Understanding of product and experience metrics (NPS, SUS)
• Experience with SaaS products and/or financial services
• Knowledge of AI applied to design (ChatGPT, Copilot).
