About the role

  • UX Manager defining and driving UX vision for integrating market applications at Knauf Digital. Collaborating to improve user experiences across digital platforms within a global ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the UX vision and concept for the integration of Market Apps into the global ecosystem, while supporting markets in the conceptualization of new apps, user journeys, and value propositions
  • Translate business requirements, customer needs, and usage data (e.g. Adobe Analytics) into clear UX concepts, wireframes, and interaction flows (low- to mid-fidelity)
  • Analyze user behavior, adoption, and performance metrics to derive actionable insights and continuously improve user experience and feature prioritization
  • Ensure UX consistency across the Market App portfolio and ecosystem (e.g. knauf.com, myKnauf) by defining and evolving UX patterns, principles, and best practices
  • Drive UX concept work for myKnauf and account-related topics, including onboarding, registration, login, and overall platform entry experience

Requirements

  • Senior UX professional (Bachelor’s/Master’s in UX, Interaction Design, HCI or similar) with strong experience in concept development and structuring complex digital products and ecosystems
  • Strong in translating data and business requirements into clear UX decisions, concepts, and user flows – with a pragmatic, business-oriented mindset
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools (especially Adobe Analytics) and confident in interpreting user behavior and performance data
  • Comfortable working across multiple products, markets, and stakeholders, with the ability to design for a broader ecosystem and define scalable standards
  • Strong communicator and collaborator, able to align cross-functional stakeholders and drive UX topics in a global, fast-paced environment.
