About the role
- Working closely with your cross-functional product team in defining, designing and iterating on product features
- Collaborating with your peers in Engineering, Product Management, Data Science & Research
- Contributing to our evolving design system, maintaining a high degree of UI craft in our products
- Participating in and sharing work during regular design team meetings and critique sessions
- Reporting to one of our Senior Design Managers
Requirements
- Experience as an individual contributor on a product design team, helping shape products and services that are constantly evolving
- Comfortable conducting user research, synthesising data, mapping out problems, and creating beautiful, intuitive interfaces
- A self-starter with the ability to work comfortably in ambiguous situations
- Excited about being mentored by seasoned designers and taking an active role in your professional development
- Eagerness to learn and the ability to move quickly while being practical
