About the role

• Product Designer creating user-centric solutions for Katalon. Designing intuitive user experiences in a fast-paced environment with a focus on SaaS and enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces for SaaS, CRM, and enterprise applications to meet business objectives and user needs
• Create user journey flows, visuals, and UI assets to support the iterative design process
• Explore and prototype design hypotheses, testing divergent ideas and solutions
• Apply logical UX flow principles to create seamless, intuitive user experiences across all touchpoints
• Build and maintain a consistent design language system across products and platforms
• Collaborate with product teams, developers, and stakeholders to align design solutions with business and technical requirements.
• Present design work effectively, providing the rationale for decisions and addressing feedback.
• Document design specifications to ensure clarity for product teams and technical implementation.
• Manage multiple design projects, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Conduct in-depth research and usability evaluations to identify areas for improvement and validate design choices
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance design solutions.
• Support design reviews with prototypes and presentations to gain stakeholder alignment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product design, specializing in SaaS, CRM, and enterprise applications
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UX principles, user psychology, and design aesthetics
• Ability to conceptualize, visualize, and prototype innovative designs to test with users and stakeholders.
• Good understanding of logical UX flows and human behavior to create intuitive experiences.
• Strong design language skills, with the ability to create compelling, on-brand designs
• Stay updated on emerging AI design trends (e.g., generative AI, personalization, conversational interfaces).
• Apply UX principles to AI outputs. Ensure AI-driven interactions feel human-centered and trustworthy.
• Familiarity with AI-enhanced design tools.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Responsive design best practices
• Accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA)
• Understand the capabilities and limitations of AI in product design
• Excellent knowledge of:
• Design & prototyping tools (Figma, Zeplin, Visily)
• Collaboration tools (Miro, FigJam, Confluence, Jira)
• Use AI-assisted design tools.
• Global design systems
• Good communication, collaboration, and project management skills to drive effective teamwork.
• Good English proficiency, both written and verbal.
