About the role

Responsibilities
- Create intuitive, user-centered designs for our products, focusing on how users interact with the interface.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights on user behaviour and preferences.
- Develop interactive prototypes in Figma to communicate design ideas and gather feedback.
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and the marketing design team to ensure cohesive and effective design solutions.
- Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups that illustrate the user experience.
- Plan and execute usability tests, analyse results, and iterate designs based on user feedback.
- Contribute to and maintain a design system that ensures consistency across all products.
- Apply principles of human perception and cognition to design interfaces that are easy to use and understand.
- Present design concepts and research findings to stakeholders, clearly articulating design decisions and the rationale behind them.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in UX design, particularly in interaction design and usability.
- Mobile app experience is strongly preferred.
- Proficient in Figma and other relevant design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Strong skills in user research, including conducting interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in interaction design and user-centered design processes.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and advocate for design solutions effectively.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
