About the role

Responsibilities
- Own and drive design for Bamboo Invest, shaping core user journeys and product direction
- Lead end-to-end design for features — from discovery and ideation to delivery and iteration
- Translate user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into simple, elegant solutions
- Design flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI with strong attention to detail
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define and ship high-quality features
- Contribute to product strategy through user insights, data, and experimentation
- Improve and scale the design system to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Raise the overall bar for design quality across the product
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Senior Product Designer, Lead Designer, or similar role working on digital products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centred design thinking, problem solving, and polished UI
- Experience designing mobile-first products (iOS/Android) and responsive web experiences
- Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g. Figma, Framer, Claude, ChatGPT)
- Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, visual design, and accessibility standards
- Experience working with design systems and component-based design
- Comfortable collaborating with engineers and understanding technical constraints
- Bonus: Experience designing fintech, consumer apps, or data-heavy products.
