Own and define the end-to-end experience and design of key areas of the service journey.
Work closely with clinicians, operations, and patients to deeply understand the people who touch our service and rally the Haven team around their needs.
Explore, iterate, test, and deliver new product solutions and detailed UX and UI designs to continuously evolve and improve the care delivery platform.
Build team processes and culture—setting a positive tone within the Design team and across the company.
Collaborate with founders, engineering, operations, and clinical teams to deliver services that meaningfully improve patients' lives.
Requirements
Senior-to-lead level product/ UX/ Service Designer, 6+ years of experience delivering and collaborating cross-functionally at every stage of the product development process.
Portfolio that showcases your ability to dig into complex workflows, understand user needs and requirements, and distill them into delightfully simple design solutions.
Eye for detail, consistently demonstrating a high degree of craft and proficiency with visual communication design.
Strong product sense, comfortable with working without a formal product management function with the ability to balance speed vs. scalability tradeoffs.
Comfort with early-stage startup ambiguity, collaboration, and willingness to go beyond the boundaries of your role to achieve goals.
Background in healthcare or a regulated industry is helpful but not required.
