About the role
- Define and deliver a world-class user experience for Anyscale products
- Work with leadership, product management, and engineering leads to shape product strategy and roadmap
- Drive strategy for constructing amazing developer-focused experiences
- Conduct user research and identify opportunities to polish the product
- Oversee user research, competitor research, interaction design, visual design, content design, user testing, and design systems
- Be hands-on and drive critical design projects
- Build and grow the design team and cultivate design culture
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience
- Solid fundamentals in user research, interaction design, and visual design
- High design bar and systems thinking
- Experience with developer-focused products (as a designer or user)
- Enjoy writing code and understanding developer workflows
- Stay close to AI/engineering workflows
- Passion for learning cutting-edge technologies and simplifying complex systems
- Willingness/ability to be in-person at SF or Palo Alto office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays
- Bonus: Experience working on data tools, AI tools, or infrastructure products
