About the role

  • Develop and implement the strategic direction for a product group or geographic region
  • Lead components of the multi-year Card roadmap
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of card products and become an expert
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and business partners to ensure alignment
  • Lead a team of Card Product Managers aligned to technical teams
  • Partner with internal Technology/Ops and Digital teams on execution
  • Define, report and analyze Card service KPI's that tie to the business case
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience
  • 5+ years of product delivery experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Experience with consumer lending, overdraft income management or credit risk
  • Proven analytical ability (data mining/manipulation, forecasting)
  • Financial management experience to translate data into strategic plans
  • Ability to analyze situations and risks, determine actions, and execute
  • Experience in project planning and management in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent skills with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Candid and concise communication skills
  • Excellent executive-level presentation skills
  • Experience with technical implementations involving vendor partners
  • Experience evaluating Third Party capabilities and organizational fit
  • Experience with Agile teams and ceremonies
