- Build and manage detailed project timelines, ensuring milestones are met.

- Identify risks and proactively problem-solve to keep projects on track.
- Collaborate closely with designers, developers, strategists, and other internal team members.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and vendors, facilitating clear communication.
- Schedule and lead meetings, including briefings, status updates, and post-mortems.
- Build strong client relationships, ensuring expectations are clearly understood and met.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of project management experience, ideally in an agency or creative production environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
- Familiarity with digital, experiential, and/or integrated production workflows.
- Strong understanding of project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Trello, Jira, or similar).
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing budgets and timelines.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
