Responsibilities
Oversee multiple integrated projects across digital, experiential, and creative deliverables.
Build and manage detailed project timelines, ensuring milestones are met.
Monitor budgets, tracking project costs and ensuring profitability.
Identify risks and proactively problem-solve to keep projects on track.
Collaborate closely with designers, developers, strategists, and other internal team members.
Act as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and vendors, facilitating clear communication.
Schedule and lead meetings, including briefings, status updates, and post-mortems.
Build strong client relationships, ensuring expectations are clearly understood and met.
Requirements
2-4 years of project management experience, ideally in an agency or creative production environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
Familiarity with digital, experiential, and/or integrated production workflows.
Strong understanding of project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Trello, Jira, or similar).
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience managing budgets and timelines.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
