About the role

  • Monitor and consolidate the strategic plan indicators for the group companies;
  • Create performance dashboards integrating financial, operational and people data;
  • Perform system-based cross-analysis between indicators (revenue, MRR, implementation, delinquency, etc.);
  • Prepare management reports and present insights to the executive board;
  • Support the review and standardization of strategic processes;
  • Lead alignment meetings with Heads of area, highlighting risks and impacts;
  • Foster a data-driven, results-oriented culture across departments.

Requirements

  • Degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems or related fields;
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience working with metrics, performance, BI or processes;
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Advanced Excel and indicator modeling (OKR, BSC, KPIs);
  • Knowledge of public sector management or experience providing services to government is a plus;
  • Analytical mindset, strong communication skills and high capacity for influence and systems thinking.
