BenchSciLead Analyst, Data
Lead Business Analyst focusing on data analytics and business intelligence at BenchSci. Collaborating across teams to define and drive analytical strategy for informed decision - making.
About the role
- Monitor and consolidate the strategic plan indicators for the group companies;
- Create performance dashboards integrating financial, operational and people data;
- Perform system-based cross-analysis between indicators (revenue, MRR, implementation, delinquency, etc.);
- Prepare management reports and present insights to the executive board;
- Support the review and standardization of strategic processes;
- Lead alignment meetings with Heads of area, highlighting risks and impacts;
- Foster a data-driven, results-oriented culture across departments.
Requirements
- Degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems or related fields;
- Minimum of 3 years' experience working with metrics, performance, BI or processes;
- Proficiency in Power BI, Advanced Excel and indicator modeling (OKR, BSC, KPIs);
- Knowledge of public sector management or experience providing services to government is a plus;
- Analytical mindset, strong communication skills and high capacity for influence and systems thinking.
