About the role

  • Map, review and document end-to-end processes in the Dental segment (back office and claims);
  • Identify bottlenecks, propose improvements and design optimized workflows to ensure operational efficiency;
  • Develop support materials (reports, presentations, visual flowcharts) for internal communication and alignment across teams;
  • Collaborate with different teams (operations, engineering, business, etc.) to ensure integration between processes and strategic objectives;
  • Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring continuous tracking of process performance;
  • Support the definition of targets and action plans for flow optimization, contributing to consistent and measurable deliveries.

Requirements

  • Prior experience with processes in the Dental segment, including claims and back office;
  • Experience in mapping and redesigning end-to-end processes;
  • Knowledge of KPI analysis and monitoring;
  • Proficiency in tools such as Visio, Excel, PowerPoint and Miro;
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex information into clear, concise materials;
  • Analytical, proactive and hands-on attitude, with the ability to set objectives and propose solutions independently.
