About the role
- Take on a leading role as Principal Software Architect (m/f/d)
- Shape our consulting and architecture services at the highest level
- Actively participate in software projects and take responsibility for delivering solutions
- Provide strategic, peer-level advice to our clients
- Support the development of forward-looking software architectures
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders at management level
- Lead communication and moderation of architectural topics
- Develop innovative technical solutions together with development teams
- Coach development teams and architects in technical and architectural decision-making
Requirements
- Solid, long-standing experience in professional software development and architecture
- Broad expertise across modern technologies and frameworks
- Strong skills in communication, moderation, and stakeholder management
- Extensive experience with modern architectural principles, e.g., Domain-Driven Design (DDD), event-driven architectures, and microservices
- Deep expertise in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience creating and managing comprehensive architecture documentation (e.g., arc42)
- Familiarity with leading and developing agile delivery teams
- Ability to communicate in German
