About the role

Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure to support the Signals Notebook product
- Develop and integrate AI-driven features that enhance user experience and functionality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize AI opportunities
- Ensure the reliability, security, and performance of AI systems
- Stay ahead of industry trends and bring innovative AI solutions to the table
- Help architect solutions working closely with peers and management, ensuring solutions fit into our strategic vision
- Work closely with UX and product management to define the product features
- Participate in all team activities such as hiring, planning, requirements definition, design discussions, code reviews, and software development
- Work effectively with other team members to provide a quality product for our customers
Requirements
- 12+ years of Software Engineering experience
- 3-5+ years of Technical Lead experience, driving AI business initiatives
- 3-5+ years of designing and implementing AI infrastructure, including building applications powered by LLMs
- 5-8+ years of programming skills in Python and Java
- 3-5+ years of experience with distributed execution frameworks like Dask, Sparc, Ray, or similar
- 3-5+ years as a subject matter expert in emerging technologies and trends in areas such as: Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Machine Learning (ML), Cloud Computing, Data Science, Big Data, and Cyber Security
- 5+ years of experience with AWS
- BS/MS Computer Science or equivalent, advanced degree preferred
