Responsibilities
Lead project teams focused on delivering high-quality solutions to clients
Develop and grow Agile Delivery capabilities within the team
Provide thought leadership and expertise to support the sales department
Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide consultancy
Manage backlog as ‘Product Owner’, maximize value, validate features
Deliver outcomes using project management techniques and collaboration
Tailor Agile approach according to project context and facilitate Agile events
Coach others in elicitation methods, estimation, and iterative development
Monitor delivery team compliance with Agile standards
Proactively communicate with stakeholders
Requirements
Consistently delivers projects to a high standard, appropriately balancing speed, quality and time
Strong communication skills both written and verbal, to manage external stakeholders effectively
Leadership and team development: Effective coaching and mentoring, performance management
Lead and shape strategic analysis planning and execution, including Discovery activities and workshop facilitation
Experience in working on cross discipline projects with Data, AI, Platform and Security
Comfortable in navigating uncertainty and able to flex management style to suit the context / needs of key stakeholders
Commercial & Financial acumen
Relevant BA and/or PO certification
Relevant Agile certification
