About the role
- Principal Agile Delivery Consultant leading project teams to deliver high-quality solutions for clients. Engaging in consultancy and supporting sales departments in expanding accounts.
Responsibilities
- Lead project teams focused on delivering high-quality solutions to clients
- Develop and grow Agile Delivery capabilities within the team
- Provide thought leadership and expertise to support the sales department
- Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide consultancy
- Manage backlog as ‘Product Owner’, maximize value, validate features
- Deliver outcomes using project management techniques and collaboration
- Tailor Agile approach according to project context and facilitate Agile events
- Coach others in elicitation methods, estimation, and iterative development
- Monitor delivery team compliance with Agile standards
- Proactively communicate with stakeholders
Requirements
- Consistently delivers projects to a high standard, appropriately balancing speed, quality and time
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal, to manage external stakeholders effectively
- Leadership and team development: Effective coaching and mentoring, performance management
- Lead and shape strategic analysis planning and execution, including Discovery activities and workshop facilitation
- Experience in working on cross discipline projects with Data, AI, Platform and Security
- Comfortable in navigating uncertainty and able to flex management style to suit the context / needs of key stakeholders
- Commercial & Financial acumen
- Relevant BA and/or PO certification
- Relevant Agile certification
