Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with organizational priorities
Drive growth and reputation of Dayton Children’s primary care network
Strengthen referral pathways into specialty services
Use data-driven insights to guide strategy and measure success
Partner with clinical, administrative, and physician relations teams to expand provider engagement
Streamline referral processes and increase specialty volumes
Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, digital engagement, brand positioning, and community partnerships
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
7+ years of marketing experience
Proven ability to lead strategic marketing initiatives
Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform strategy
Excellent communication, project management, and relationship-building skills
Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
Managing external agencies and overseeing marketing budgets
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data analysis, reporting, presentations, and effective communication
Masters Degree in Marketing or related field (Preferred)
Demonstrated experience in pediatric or primary care healthcare marketing (Preferred)
Skills in referral development, provider engagement, and value-based care models (Preferred)
Proficient in Power BI for data visualization and reporting, with working knowledge of Epic workflows, consumer self-scheduling platforms, and innovative digital engagement strategies (Preferred)
