About the role

  • Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with organizational priorities
  • Drive growth and reputation of Dayton Children’s primary care network
  • Strengthen referral pathways into specialty services
  • Use data-driven insights to guide strategy and measure success
  • Partner with clinical, administrative, and physician relations teams to expand provider engagement
  • Streamline referral processes and increase specialty volumes
  • Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, digital engagement, brand positioning, and community partnerships

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 7+ years of marketing experience
  • Proven ability to lead strategic marketing initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform strategy
  • Excellent communication, project management, and relationship-building skills
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Managing external agencies and overseeing marketing budgets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data analysis, reporting, presentations, and effective communication
  • Masters Degree in Marketing or related field (Preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience in pediatric or primary care healthcare marketing (Preferred)
  • Skills in referral development, provider engagement, and value-based care models (Preferred)
  • Proficient in Power BI for data visualization and reporting, with working knowledge of Epic workflows, consumer self-scheduling platforms, and innovative digital engagement strategies (Preferred)
