About the role
- Intern in Accounting and Project Management for Daimler Buses. Working on financial statements and project coordination with a focus on process development.
Responsibilities
- Unterstützung bei der Durchführung (inklusive Vor- und Nachbereitung) der jeweiligen Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse; im Mittelpunkt steht hierbei das Vorbereiten von Buchungsbelegen sowie die Erstellung von Analysen der gebuchten Abschlüsse mithilfe von SAP-Auswertungen
- Selbständige Durchführung der Inventur von Werkzeugen bei Lieferanten in Excel
- Koordination und Aufbereitung von Projektthemen
- Inhaltliche Unterstützung in der Ausarbeitung von Projekten, wie beispielsweise die Entwicklung von neuen internen Abwicklungsprozessen rund um das Thema alternative Antriebe
Requirements
- Studiengang mit Fachrichtung Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Vergleichbares
- Sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office (VBA-Programmierungskenntnisse in Excel wünschenswert)
- SAP-Kenntnisse wünschenswert
- Selbständige Arbeitsweise, schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Engagement und Teamfähigkeit
- Gewissenhaftigkeit, sicheres Auftreten und Flexibilität
